About This Guide

The RegDesk AI Assistant is an intelligent conversational interface embedded directly in the RegDesk platform. Be specific with the device name for best results. If you get no result, try rephrasing and explicitly include "device description" in your query. You can also navigate to the document first and use the assistant from there.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard (dev.regdesk.co/dashboard)
  2. Click the RegDesk Assistant panel on the right side
  3. Type your question in natural language:
    "What is the device description of Bone Regen?"
  4. Press Enter or click Send
  5. The assistant retrieves and displays the answer from your document library

Ask the assistant for metadata fields (product category, classification, version info) about a device — even while browsing another part of the platform. The assistant works across sessions.

💡 Tips

Start a query on the Dashboard and follow up after navigating to a document. Use the assistant's response to find the right document faster. You can edit queries using arrow keys to refine your search.

Questions about specific countries work best when you name the country explicitly. Ask follow-up questions to drill down further. Use Share Canvas to share the assistant's answer with colleagues via a shareable link.

  2. Click Download — the file saves as a PDF to your local Downloads folder
